Also, starting last week, workmen began preparation of the annex to the historic Carnegie Building, readying it to come down. With some hazardous materials to mitigate, they are taking a more precise, cautious approach to demo work. Visit the Carnegie as it is transformed in the coming months: 105 Cedar Avenue.

Presumably when "remodeling" is complete we will have McDonald's back.
